- We may deduct fees from your settlement amount or invoice you directly
- Late payments may be subject to interest or suspension of service

We reserve the right to change our pricing with prior notice.

Settlement of processed transactions will occur based on your account setup, typically within 1-3 business days. We may withhold or delay payouts if:

- We detect suspicious or high-risk activity
- There are excessive chargebacks or refund requests
- Required documentation is missing or incomplete

We may also hold a reserve balance if needed to mitigate risk.

You are responsible for managing chargebacks and any related fees. We will assist with chargeback notifications and documentation requests but are not liable for the outcome of disputes between you and your customers.

You may cancel your account at any time with written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account for reasons including:

- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Risk to card networks or customers
- Non-payment or failure to provide required verification

Upon termination, any outstanding obligations will remain due.

We are committed to protecting your data. You agree to:

- Keep customer card data secure and confidential
- Promptly notify us of any suspected data breach
